How to brew!
All you need to make the best pour-over specialty coffee experience you’ll ever have in 1 minute, hassle-free:
1. Tear off top of the bag.
2. Shake lightly to level and place hanger onto cup.
3. Slowly pour 200ml of hot water at a temperature of between 90 – 95°C.
4. Discard used filter & serve!

Why 90°C – 95°C is the perfect temperature range.
Water temperature matters a whole lot in brewing, too hot and it’ll burn, getting a bitter taste. Just wait one minute off the boil should bring your water temperature down to the perfect temperature.
How is this better than taking thermos of coffee with me?
